GTA 6 Leaker Resurfaces With a New Clip, Still Unverified

The anonymous account behind last month's alleged GTA 6 footage is back with another supposed clip, and once again there's no confirmation it's real.

By Cass Novak

A leaker is back, which in this saga means nothing has actually been proven, just restated with new footage attached. Over a month ago, an account surfaced claiming to hold clips pulled from a build of Grand Theft Auto VI. Now, according to SomeOrdinaryGamers, that same leaker has resurfaced with what the channel's description calls "one more ace up their sleeve."

That's the entirety of the verified record here: a leaker claimed leaked clips a month back, and now claims to have more. Mutahar's channel frames the new material as something worth investigating rather than something already confirmed, which is the correct instinct, because nobody outside that account has vouched for any of it.

What's Actually Been Reported

Strip the hype and here's what's on record from the SomeOrdinaryGamers description:

  • An anonymous leaker posted clips over a month ago, claimed to be sourced from a build of Grand Theft Auto VI.
  • The same account has now returned with additional material.
  • The channel itself poses the legitimacy question rather than answering it outright.

Notice what's missing: no file details, no screenshots described, no timestamp on the new clip, no word from Rockstar. 'Leaked footage' is doing a lot of work for a claim with that little attached to it.

A Pattern, Not a Confirmation

This site already flagged this same leaker once, when a website poll got treated like a leak instead of the engagement bait it actually was. A second appearance from the same account, with the same vague promise of more, isn't corroboration of anything. It's a pattern of one source repeating itself, and repetition isn't verification, whatever the comment section wants to believe.

Rockstar has said nothing about either round of clips, and no second outlet has independently confirmed the footage is genuine. Until that changes, the correct read is the boring one: an unverified claim from an anonymous account, reported as such, with a channel asking the right skeptical question and not yet answering it.

Treat the clip the way you'd treat a benchmark with no methodology attached: interesting, maybe, but not a result until someone else reproduces it.
